Welcome to Briefix (“we,” “our,” or “us”). Briefix is a news aggregation application that collects publicly available news content from various sources and presents it in a short and easy-to-read format.
This Privacy Policy explains how Briefix handles information when you use our mobile applications on Android and iOS.
At this time, Briefix does not collect, store, or share personal information from users.
Specifically:
No account registration is required No login is required We do not collect names, email addresses, or phone numbers We do not collect precise location data We do not request device permissions We do not collect contacts, photos, microphone, or camera data
Briefix fetches and displays news content stored in a backend database powered by Supabase.
The app acts as a news aggregator and may include links or references to third-party news sources. Those third-party websites may have their own privacy policies and practices.
Currently, Briefix does not use:

Briefix currently does not display advertisements.
However, we may introduce third-party advertising services in future versions of the app. If advertising is added, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe:

Briefix is not directed toward children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Although Briefix currently does not collect personal data, we take reasonable measures to maintain the security and reliability of the app and backend infrastructure.
